Mid battle, our ragtag group of Captains lead their respective troops across the battlefield, trying to make up some ground for what turned out to be a very rough start in defending, and pushing forward the line. For if they failed to hold back the ever growing onslaught of troops from reaching their camps, who knows what devastation would be wrought, or what valuable positions shall; be gained if they manage to push the enemy all the way back? This is all in the name of supporting the true hero's of Nell and her fellow her party members, who are risking their lives to help defeat the Demon worm infestation, and their Cultist Queen!

Now that Artura has been subdued, and the situation has gotten under, at least some control, the party and Aravashnial discuss their plan of action, as the party try to recover their strength to continue their mission to deactivate the protective shield that will bring down the pressure of the cult army on their heads, and on the heads of the refugees as well.

The party is just beginning to recover from Artura's worm infested tantrum, while Princess Nell, and Sir Ren are reeling from their exposure to those worms. Aravashnial and Sortok have a mental conversation about the party's next step, where Aravashnial offers to try and delay the assault to give the party time for a much needed rest, but let's Sortok know that he is unsure that he can survive such an attempt. The party decides to quickly heal themselves to push on, and try to get this done on their own, and try to save everyone, and not be forced to sacrifice Aravashnial. During the short stint of healing, it coimes out that Sir Ren is unable to magically heal his wonds and his access to magic is severed for some reason, unable to cast his lay on hands, but he does not know why.
Will the party's short rest be enough for them to succeed in stopping the forces of the worm cult, and save these refugees?

As the party combs the sewers trying to infiltrate the inner walls of the shielded tower, which they got the false royal marks to bypass the security field that protects it, they stumble on a blob of mutated sludge that turns out to be a gibbering monster of the dead, mixed with the toxic rain that has plagues the dwarven city. They are now fighting the cursed and disgusting group of monsters that are barring their path through the underbelly to their ultimate goal

The party soon discovers that this creature of disguise, and melted flesh is some sort of mutated waste monster, and with Sortok's quick thinking separated out the other frog beasts so the party can focus on this greater threat. And while the battle turns in the party's favor, some strange doing are happening with Sir Ren, so strange in fact, that he might not even be aware of them. As the battle continues, and the party makes some headway, trying not to be caught, some interesting information was discovered, but due to Sir Ren's size, the party was unable to follow.
Will the party gain access to the Queen's inner sanctum and deactivate the alarm barrier stopping the armed troops from breaching the walls?

As the party reconnects back in the tunnels, not being able to continue on the newly discovered path due to Sir Ren's immense size, the party took their initially though plan, and to take to the streets and infiltrate the castle on the surface. While several members of the party were climbing the wall to gain entrance, a group of hellhounds were set upon the part, and a mighty battle ensued. Controlled by an unknown individual, the battle is intense, with every moment passing by is another that their presence could be discovered.
Will the party defeat these foes in time to get back to cover, or to quickly leap into the tower proper?

The party is still reeling from the hellhound fight as Henny tries to discover who's responsible, and turns out that there is someone after Henny, and not just him, but also people Henny knows, and calls friend. After all this, Henny, Nell, and Sir Ren make it back to the wall, and finally scale the walls to the tower, and the wall is merely an illusion, just to hide just how bad things have gotten in the land of the Dwarves, the place that Nell used to call home.

The party last left off with Nell, trying to secretly engage with some dwarves, and gain entry to the castle proper, but their negotiations went sour as the dwarves thought that Nell was a cultist, and attacked her, which ensued a near combat, but was eventually defused. And once they talked the situation down, they were moments from getting a map to the central chamber to access the nexus of the shielding magic that encompasses the castle when the dwarves were found to all be holding worms. The party was contacted, through the last remaining dwarf to join the "Queen" for some hospitality, and as the party felt they had no choice, they decided to hear what the "Queen" had to say under the pretense of hospitality, which meant they would be safe...for now
Will this 'hospitality' be held up by the "Queen" or the party, or will things quickly devolve into outright chaos and violence?

As the party was invited for dinner, under the protection of the "Queen" for the next twenty-four hours, so long as the party takes no hostile actions, the party has accepted, but the dinner was anything but free from tension. The "Queen" and her goons pulled out nearly all the stops to try to force the party into...violent negotiations, such as implying that the "Queen" saved the city, regardless that the city is corrupted, and the people in the city are suffering and dying, pulling out Henny's father, whom is enslaved by a Devil, who also has Henny's mother as well. Implying that anti-0Artura is here and cooperating with the worm cult, and even pulling out the fact that they have kidnapped Nora, the child the party saved many moons ago, possibly being or going to be invested with these worm demons. As any or all of these actions have put Sir Ren on edge using every fiber of his willpower to stay his hand, but the party held strong, making veiled threats, but bought some time to figure out their next plan of action.
Will the party be able to formulate a plan to save all of the people dear to them, as well as to stop whatever the "Queen" has in store?
