Welcome to Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gamed, and our Pathfinder 2nd Edition podcast. We are playing Wrath of the Righteous! It is a Pathfinder adventure path from 1st edition which we will be converting into Pathfinder 2nd Edition. Listen to us talk about what characters we are thinking of playing, as well as the work we already done to convert some of the player options. After the tense but not hostile 'dinner' with the Queen and her subordinates, and a lot of tense veiled, and not so veiled threats, the Queen retreated back to her throne room, or wherever she escaped to to do her evil shenanigans, the party had a well needed rest, to recuperate, and discuss their next plan of action; and after getting level 14, they decided to test out the waters and wander around looking for the Library, where the source of the magical shield was located that is stopping the army outside from breaching the inner sanctum of the castle. As to be expected, there were some not so welcoming faces waiting for them, doing some dark ritual, and since Sir Ren has no longer any concept of stealth, having it eradicated from his mind, he was seen and heard quite easily, and the battle ensued!
Will the party be able to survive the battle with the various demons and close the strange portal to some unknown dimension?

Welcome to Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gamed, and our Pathfinder 2nd Edition podcast. We are playing Wrath of the Righteous! It is a Pathfinder adventure path from 1st edition which we will be converting into Pathfinder 2nd Edition. The party attacked the room with the Lich from both sides of the room, Princess Nell, and Sir Ren assaulting from the west, and Henny, Sortok, and Artura sneaking in from the east. With Sir Ren's complete lack of knowledge of all things stealth gave the party the much needed surprise to allow them to jump into action without being seen, and the battle commenced. There were many foes, but maybe the party shouldn't have split the party's two holy warriors, Princess Nell, and Sir Ren together, as they were very well equipped to handle these evil adversaries, as the magical side of things was having some trouble, and Henny, well, he does Henny things. The battle was hard fought, and there were some significant losses, but there is more here than meets the eye.
Will the party be able to deactivate the energy shield preventing the allied armies from assaulting the keep, and will the party be able to restore their forces before the final battle?

After the long battle, and the loss of both Nell and Sir Ren in one hell of a climactic battle, the party found some very important loot, one of which was a scroll of resurrection, A SINGLE SCROLL. Now the party had to decide who was to be attempted to be brought back, and there really was no decision, as Nell is the Princess, and soon to be Queen of Kiln Peak! With some effort, the party completed the ritual, and brought Nell back from near oblivion, only to morn for their lost compatriot, who's soul now resides in the magic sword, that is still sworn to hunt down the lich. But before they could catch their breath, the wizard, Dorian arrived, just at the time he's meant to, and introduced themselves to the party, as the final battle was mere moments away.
Will the party be able to stop the ritual that the queen has begun and save the city, or will this final battle spell the ultimate doom for everyone?
